How do you offer such a low price?
We manufacture on demand and therefore have no inventory of gowns which permits us to keep our costs down. We pass those savings on to you and provide the individual, personalized service that every bride deserves.

What styles of gowns are available?
Most styles and gowns are available through Anna's Couture.

Do you accept checks? Money orders?
Yes. When paying by check, your order will not be processed until the check clears. Check orders are generally delayed ten days. Money orders are treated as cash in that the order will be processed as soon as we receive the money order. When you place an order to be paid by check, we keep the order on file for seven days. At the end of the seven days, if payment has not been received, the order is automatically cancelled.

How do I pay for my dress?
All gowns must be paid in full at the time you place your order as they will be shipped directly to you, CPS insured. You may pay by credit card, check or money order.

We carefully inspect each and every garment. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you.

Why do you need my e-mail address and phone number on the special request form?
Price quotes are sent by e-mail. If you give us the wrong e-mail address, you won't get your quote.

Absolutely, positively not. Your information will never be given or sold to anyone for any reason.

How long does it take to get a gown?
Delivery times vary. It can range anywhere from 6 to 30 weeks. However, we have done weddings from start to finish in a week - so don't be afraid to ask! We prefer to quote a conservative delivery. We would rather send perfect garments in a time frame that is still comfortable than risk quoting a date that is unrealistic.

Do you provide alterations?
Yes but only if you come in person. Alterations are a custom fitting process and we recommend that you go to qualified seamstress to get that perfect fit. Charges are based on the work that needs to be completed. Ask for an estimate based on your needs.

If I needed to contact someone by phone, what is the best time to call?
Our regular customer service hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. (Pacific Time) We are closed on Sundays, thank you.

I've tried calling but have gotten a recording, even during your regular hours. Why is this?
We hate busy signals and hold buttons, so we set up our phone system to accept calls while we are busy. This allows a customer the option of leaving a message and requesting a callback rather than waiting through busy signals, or being put on hold.

What is your policy on returns?
Bridal clothes are special order items and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is why it is imperative that acquire accurate measurements before ordering your gown. All gowns sold by Anna's Couture are special order items and are non-refundable.
